Karen has a considerable experience in working with anxiety related concerns, from social anxiety to complex trauma.
With a Doctorate in Health Psychology, she is also has a focus on the interplay between physical and mental health, and has over 15 years of experience working across areas including neurodiversity, substance abuse, chronic illness, chronic pain, pregnancy and postnatal adjustment.
Known for her collaborative, proactive and practical approach, as well as her use of quirky analogies, Karen is committed to helping her clients on their journey towards a more fulfilling life.
